HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR YOGA PHOTO SHOOT
Here are a few tips and answers to some questions you may have and to help you prepare for your experience.
What to Wear:
Bring 2-3 of your favourite yoga outfits. Keeping it simple always works however colours and patterns can look amazing too. It really depends on what elements of your personality and practice you want to shine through, this is all about expressing yourself. Baggy clothing or lycra both work, I would just suggest staying away from big logos as they can be distracting.
What Poses:
Before the shoot choose 3 – 5 of your favourite yoga poses that you know you feel comfortable with and will be confident to be photographed doing, therefore we can use our time together shooting rather than deciding what you are going to do.
Do what feels good in the body. We are here to capture a balanced healthy practice so no need for any trick poses unless they are part of your normal practice. I will be there to guide you in your asanas to make sure your alignment looks spot on. I can help to suggest additional poses if required.
Delivery of Photographs:
After your shoot I create a beautiful private online gallery for you to view and select your photographs. Once your selection has been made you will receive another gallery containing your finished (retouched to your liking) images which you can download directly as both web size and full resolution jpegs.
Your gallery will be online for up to three months. Additional packages can be purchased during this period.
Use:
Your images are yours to be used for personal and branding uses (including website and social media platforms).
